Door & Dock Barrier
- Stops up to 10,000 lbs. rolling loads at 4 mph
- The raised guard is designed to prevent forklift roll-off dock when the overhead door is open and no truck is present and its unique placement protects overhead doors and tracks from regular impact damage
- Hydraulically activated, high tensile checker plate safety barrier, towering over 7" above the deck
- Hydeaulically activated, non-impact design that applies 35,000 lb of restraining power (100,000 lb mounting force) to securely hold trailers to the loading dock
- Only 3 moving parts - hydraulic lift cylinder and dual return springs
- High visibility light communication system warns driver and dock attendant of safe/unsafe conditions
- Manual override and electronic timer
- Nitride coated cylinder rod to prevent corrosion with weather resistant switches
- Completely sealed submersible cylinder vented to power pack reservoir
